Ok, so I wasn’t allowed to attend this with my folks, but from what they told me they had a great time. Inner Diva Studios provides a unique form of Yoga that helps you relax and deepen your stretch by smothering you in puppies.
Nacho Review
Namaste my four-legged friends. Even though my parents with to this without me, I still want to give a shot out to the wonderful folks at Inner Diva Studios that are combining Yoga with adorable puppies to help them get adopted.

Mom & Pop’s 2-Cents
My folks did a 60 minute yoga class. Perfect for these two as they have never really done yoga and aren’t very flexible. However, mom is obsessed with puppies so she had an incredible time. I’m guessing she spent more time cuddling than stretching.
Inner Diva also has kitten yoga which I’m sure is cute, but not as cute as us dogs. What? What? Puppy4life!
In addtion to puppy and kitten yoga, Inner Diva Studios also provides pole dancing classes. I didn’t see any pole dancing with puppies classes though. Guess the little furry pups kept slipping off the pole.
